And we think this name of the first Christ-followers is rather apropos for a modern ministry consultancy. We believe that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. We believe that by following His lead we can show others the way to know and live in the fullness of His Kingdom. We also believe there is an organizational way or important best practices for each church to work within as we seek to bring Heaven to Earth... Meaning ministry is not meant to be done by chance, but with intentionality and preparation.
How We Work
As church ministry consultants, our diverse team of professionals is called upon to assist in a wide range of ministry areas, with a focus on worship and creative arts staffing, consulting, and executive leadership coaching.
As a company, our mission is to serve the many faith expressions of Christianity by focusing on the common thread of essentials that unite all Christ-followers: The truth of the Gospel; The Good News of Jesus. This means we are able to work interdenominationally, with a Kingdom-focused goal of serving the local Church.
From high liturgy to charismatic communities, our team serves the movement of God with passionate conviction for where and how He’s moving in each congregation.
We are committed to partnering with ministry leaders to find solutions that will best serve God’s people as well as the church’s vision, mission, and values - and above all, point people to Christ.
Our Founders
Marcel and Cindy Arocha have a deep desire to see the local Church be a place of life and healing. Through their 20+ years as pastoral staff, they’ve seen the need for support - both practical and spiritual - of churches and ministry leaders in order for that healthy place to be formed. InVia Collective is an answer to that need - a company that bridges the gap, helping leadership be supported during transitions and have a partner during seasons of growth and change. Their prayer is for healthy churches to grow strong roots, for healthy leaders to be empowered, and for the global Church to truly be an embodiment of Heaven, as we proclaim the Gospel as a means to wholeness and peace.Marcel and Cindy have long resumes as professional musicians, ministry leaders, and worship pastors who are passionate about the work of Jesus’ Church. Each spent time serving with different internationally recognized ministries (Hillsong Worship, ResLife Worship, Tierra) and in multiple denominations before meeting, marrying, and collaborating together. With educational backgrounds that include both university and bible college training, along with over two decades of practical music industry, church, and non-profit leadership, Marcel and Cindy bring a diverse and holistic approach to outworking ministry.
