Consulting Case Study:
St. John’s Lutheran is a beautiful pillar in the Wash Park area of Denver, CO. This church at the intersection of historic and modern, found themselves in heavy transition fatigue after many leadership changes over the past few years. Simultaneously, with two services decidedly entrenched in their respective traditional and modern aesthetic, the overall worship community was struggling to feel a sense of unity and clarity of vision. In 2023, InVia was called upon to support in multiple areas, including worship leader staffing, staff and volunteer team coaching, and right-fit leader search support. To serve them holistically, we proposed a Foundational Development Consult, giving us a six month timeframe to overhaul all areas of the department, train their large team of underused volunteers, and create a runway for their new-hire worship leader to thrive in a healthy, unified community of staff and volunteers.
