Finding yourself in the midst of staffing or ministry transitions can be daunting. Our Consulting Team can come alongside to holistically aid in the operations side of ministry and lead your team through an intentional transition season. Creating systems that help your ministry thrive (and refining ones that don’t) are the natural gifting of our team who put excellence, care, and kindness into every interaction.
Hourly Consults & Custom Packages Available
SUPPORT
Our Interim Support Package provides an ongoing, consistent support option for churches. We'll staff one leader to oversee your department for a six month period, working alongside leadership to plan, schedule, and execute impactful worship services while caring for your team members well.

No, we are not. We fill the gaps and uphold the work of the local church through ad hoc and interim leadership staffing, as well as executive coaching and team training.
There are many fantastic companies providing hiring resources to churches and non-profits across the country. A few we recommend highly are Slingshot Group as well as Chemistry Staffing. Our services come alongside local churches looking for immediate help and customized training/coaching for their teams in transition, new growth, or recently launched church plants/replants. Though we actively serve churches of all sizes, our demographic focus is communities of 50-500+ congregants, whose budgets are often more conservative than those seeking the services of a staff-to-hire agency. Many of our regularly staffed churches have very few staff members and are often in need of immediate help, as opposed to the option of a longer candidating process.
One of the things we love about the services we provide is our ability to quickly connect a diverse group of leaders with ministries. Though many of our leaders are not looking for a permanent ministry position, some are. So, during the weekend staffing process, if a leader and church connect, and feel like pursuing a permanent hire, we are 100% for it - and InVia will never ask for a cut of that relationship. We’re building the Kingdom together, so family finding homes is certainly one of our goals. -
You can always request your preferred leaders, but final schedules are determined by the InVia team based on leader availability.
While we always want to know what kind of leader a church feels would be the best fit, our first goal is making sure our contract churches are staffed with solid leaders on the dates they’re needed. Since we’re not supplying candidates for a permanent job, rather supporting churches in need, careful curation of high-caliber leaders on dates requested is our goal.
Our team at InVia creates a customized plan for each community based on our careful onboarding process, and our church partners trust us to send the right people for the right places. We will always ask for feedback on leaders sent and immediately address any issues or needs to make our staffing process seamless and reliable for our church partners.

Our general pricing is not flexible, but we are always willing to find the best fit solution for our church and ministry partners in need.
We do this often by limiting certain services, combining other services, or staffing just a few times per month. So if you’re on a tighter budget, please reach out directly - we can usually find a way to work within your needs. -
All staffing is based on leader availability, but because of our large network of high-caliber leaders in multiple states, we can often staff a church parter within a week or two.
Priority is given to our contracted church partners who request weekly staffing, then continues down to ad hoc requests. Our contracts are essentially month to month, and only require use of our services at least 1x/month, so we recommend churches in need use us in this way in order to more solidly guarantee coverage on dates needed.
